Food Products That are Actually Good for Your Hair

Apple Cider Vinegar
Even science backs up the benefits of apple cider vinegar to add luster and strengthen hair. Use 1 cup of unfiltered apple cider vinegar and dilute it with 1 cup water. One to 3 drops of essential oil can be added for a more pleasant fragrance. Shampoo and condition as usual, then massage the solution throughout to wet hair. Leave it on for 2 minutes before rinsing. Be sure it’s completely rinsed out. Don’t use styling products before hair is completely dry.
The beverage hydrates, nourishes, and acts as a clarifier. Pour 8 ounces of beer in a cup. Leave it uncovered until it goes flat. Wash and condition hair as usual, then massage the beer through the hair. Leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse it out with cool water.
A hair mask made of eggs provides hydration, vitamins, amino acids and protein for stronger, healthier hair. An egg mask helps heal damaged hair, gives it shine and cleanses the scalp. Whisk 1 to 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Massage it into the hair and scalp. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then wash it out with cool water.
A mayonnaise hair mask provides nourishment and hydration. Begin with one cup of mayonnaise and work it throughout wet hair and down to the scalp. Use more if needed until hair is evenly covered. Cover hair with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo as usual. The treatment can be used once a week for soft, smooth, shiny, and healthy hair
