FAQs:

What level am I?   We can look at your client file or you can view it in the book now section once you login.

Do I buy it or is it complimentary? You can buy elevates status with points or dollars, but every September 1st, we review your annual spending and gift you the level you earned.

If I buy online, on social media, or through Uber Eats, will I get my points towards status? Yes, all transactions on all platforms, are processed internally through Vagaro.  That is where we keep your points, status, and history.

Can I use the status for my family members? Unfortunately not. Historically, we have had a lot of complications due to family members using accounts that are not theirs. We prefer to have each person to have their own account to limit complications and inaccuracies.

Can I bank my points and use them all at once? Yes, but we will only redeem one gift card per visit.
